Kayla Ballweg APRN, FNP-C

Kayla Ballweg, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a clinical focus in primary care, urgent care, and aesthetic medicine/weight management. She is DOT (Department of Transportation) certified and is known for delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care with a strong foundation in family medicine.

Kayla specializes in neurotoxins and personalized wellness services designed to enhance natural beauty, support overall health, and build confidence. She is committed to safe, ethical, results-driven treatment plans tailored to each individual, and she believes confidence can be truly transformative—helping patients move forward with clarity and self-assurance.

Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Pittsburg State University in 2007 and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Research College of Nursing in 2013. She spent six years in Labor & Delivery in Leawood and has worked in urgent care in the Kansas City area for the past 13 years. Over the last two years, she has expanded her practice into aesthetic medicine and weight management.

Outside of the clinic, Kayla is a busy wife and mom of two. She’s a dog lover, a dedicated fitness enthusiast, and enjoys country concerts and spending time with friends.
